POKE SALAD is written by Nate Knapp. It is an unserious, poorly edited excuse for one man’s habit of spending far too many hours watching college football. He’s been writing his predictions for each week’s Big 12 games since 2013, but has spent most of his fall Saturdays watching this glorious stupid game for most of the past twenty years. In some ways this newsletter is an account of his ongoing attempt to make something of all that time. 

A second generation Poke, Nate now finds himself living in Nashville, Tennessee, the heart of SEC country.
